From September 11 to 13, the Robin Hill Countryside Adventure Park near Newport, Isle of Wight, played host to another of our choices of the most memorable moments of the year – Bestival 2009.
Massive Attack, MGMT, Florence and the Machine, Elbow, Fleet Foxes, Doves, Klaxons, Bat for Lashes – the line-up this year was incredible and in the midst of the mayhem, the Red Bull Music Academy Mission Transmission stage played host to some of the hottest new talent around.
