South London vocalist Jessie Ware came to the Red Bull Studios back in August with creative producer Dave Okumu (The Invisible) to work on her debut album.
With Dave at the mixing desk and Jessie in the booth the duo laid down the debut single Strangest Feeling due for release November 28th on PMR Records. After the studio session Jessie told us: “Working at the Red Bull Studios was such a treat. Dave and I had a wicked time doing Strangest Feeling there, I have never had so many mics to pick from to sing a song!” Listen to the track below:
After the stifling summer studio session Jessie then went on to wow the 2,000 strong crowd at this years RBMA and Major Lazer with a live PA as part of Jackmaster and Oneman’s b2b set.
Jessie and Dave will return to the Red Bull Studios London in early November to continue their musical journey.
