Organisers and competitors showed their versatility in Rhosneigr, North Wales last weekend when the elements forced a change in the Park, Wake and Wave event.
Primarily the event was to be a Park Style Kiteboarding, however as it turned out, the wind was not of sufficient strength.

Fortunately, the event organiser, Ben Todd, had a back-up plan and with the Red Bull ski on hand, the Kite Jam soon became a Wake Jam.
It was amazing to see so many pro kiters turn their hand to a bit of wakeboarding and to witness the quality not faltering throughout the two-day competition.
The overall winner was James Boulding from Liquid Force, voted for by all competing riders.
