Describe yourself in a sentence
Overall I would say I’m someone who’s happy, full of energy and maybe a bit crazy sometimes.

How did you first become involved in free running?
I’ve always been into physical stuff, getting up and doing rather than sitting around listening. Having dyslexia, I found school a pretty frustrating place – people always telling you there’s only one way to do things – their way. I was good at most conventional sports, but again people were always trying to mould me and confine me. Eventually, I saw a documentary about free running, Jump Britain. It was like someone turned the light on. I knew exactly what I wanted to do!

Who are your influences in parkour?
I wouldn’t say I have a particular influence, as such. I just really enjoy training with other free runners and all of us creating and practising new moves together.

How long have you been practising parkour?
Nearly six years

What's your favourite/most memorable place for free running?
UCLA in Los Angeles is one of my most memorable places to train.

Do you have a signature move or unique ability that we should look out for at Art of Motion in London?
I would say everyone has individual style and abilities. But for me generally people comment on my corks and jumping ability.

What's your free running philosophy?
Move & have fun

What, if anything, scares you when you practise parkour?
Falling from a really big height.

What's your training regime?
I don’t really have regime. Sometimes I may have a particular move I want to practise, but normally I tend to just go out and train, see what I can find, and play.
