- About
- Won by Sebastian Loeb (pictured) in 2009, the Wales Rally GB is the 13th and final stage of the World Rally Championship (WRC). The Rally of Great Britain is one of the oldest rallies in the world, having first been staged in 1932 and it has been a part of the WRC since its inception in 1973. It has been hosted all over Britain, but in the last decade has settled in its current home of Wales. Fog, wind, rain and slippery track surfaces make the Wales Rally GB one of the most testing in the WRC calendar, so accurate pace notes are required here. The 2010 Wales Rally GB will begin and end in Cardiff and as a consequence of the FIA's amended regulations, this year it will be a four-day event.
