I Am Benga Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions
(the “Ticket Ballot”)

The Ticket Ballot is run by Red Bull Company Limited whose registered address is 155 – 171 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2JP ("Red Bull").

The Ticket Ballot, and all use of Red Bull’s website, www.redbull.co.uk (the “Website”), is governed by these Terms & Conditions. By entering the Ticket Ballot, you agree to these terms and conditions.

How to Enter
To apply for tickets to the filming of I Am Benga (the “Event”) you must go to the website (www.redbullstudios.com/iambenga), where you must enter the requested details.
The Ticket Ballot shall be open for entry from 5pm on 13th November to 9am on 14th November.
The Ticket Ballot is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Tickets
There are 40 pairs of tickets to the Event on 14 November 2012 at Birthday’s in Dalston, London up for grabs.
Successful applicants shall be responsible for all travel, accommodation and other costs related to their attendance at the Event.

The Draw
All applicants for tickets, who have correctly filled out the application form, will be placed in a ballot for tickets. Tickets will be allocated at random from a draw taking place on 13 November 2012.
If you are successful in the draw Red Bull will email you or telephone you by 14 November 2012. Additional ticketing terms and conditions may apply.

Data Protection and Publicity
You consent to your surname and town of residence being disclosed if you win any tickets under the Ticket Ballot.
Any personal data relating to participants entering the Ticket Ballot will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. By entering the Ticket Ballot, you agree that Red Bull and/or Red Bull’s ticketing partner may contact you in relation to the Event. Please see Red Bull’s privacy policy on www.redbull.co.uk for further details. Data relating to all participants will be retained by Red Bull for a reasonable period after the Ticket Ballot closes to assist Red Bull in running the Ticket Ballot fairly and to deal with any queries regarding the Ticket Ballot and/or Event.
Ticket Ballot winners will be contacted by email. You must provide accurate contact details on registration. On being contacted, winners may be asked to provide evidence of their age.

Ticket Ballot Rules
The Ticket Ballot will be run and tickets will be awarded at Red Bull’s sole discretion. Red Bull’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Red Bull’s website and services, and to refuse entry into the Ticket Ballot.
We reserve the right to change the Ticket Ballot rules and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will always have the most up to date terms and conditions on the Website and in the case of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and those on the Website, the Website terms and conditions will apply. Your continued entry into the Ticket Ballot will constitute your acceptance of the new rules and/or Terms and Conditions.
All intellectual property rights in the images and materials on the Website and used in the services provided by Red Bull vest in Red Bull and no person may make any use of them without Red Bull’s express permission.
The tickets are as stated and they cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services.  Unless specifically agreed in writing by Red Bull, the tickets are not transferable and must be taken by the winner in person.  If any tickets are resold, Red Bull reserves the right to cancel the tickets concerned.
Any tickets that are mistakenly credited to you remain Red Bull’s property, which you must return.

Liability and Indemnities
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Red Bull and its associated companies and agents and distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:
(a)    any postponement or cancellation of the Ticket Ballot or the Event;
(b)     any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, tickets which do not reach the intended recipient) or use of the ticket or attendance at the Event; and
(c)    any act or default of any supplier, which are beyond Red Bull’s reasonable control.
Red Bull does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind.
Red Bull shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.
You agree to indemnify Red Bull against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with Red Bull.

Jurisdiction
The Ticket Ballot and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
