About Caca
If the Stock Car grandstands are usually divided between those for and those against Cacá Bueno, it’s because the two-time series champion (2006/2007) has always been faithful to two characteristics: speak out his mind and drive fast. Very fast. Following the retirement of the legendary Ingo Hoffmann in 2008, Carlos Eduardo Galvão Bueno is, more than ever, the face of Stock Car – and its winningest active driver, with 20 race wins, two titles and three championship runner-up results (2003/2004/2005) dating back to his series debut in ’02. For 2009, his goal with Red Bull Racing is clear: to clinch a third title. “My aim this season is to look back and be proud of a job well done,” he summarizes. For that, Cacá will have the support of the fully renovated Red Bull Racing squad: “It’s an immense responsibility to bring this car to the checkered flag every Sunday,” he explains. “It symbolizes the work of dozens of people who have given 110% at the shop so I could fight for victories and championships”.
